A Perfect Fit

It seems like forever ago that I was planning the first trip to Africa. The trip that brought me to where I am now...moving to Africa. We were in fundraising mode and decided that we would design t-shirts to sell to family, friends, fellow church members, etc. This was our first design....

All the girls liked our pink shirts, and I think we sold all but a couple.

The second shirt design was supposed to be more of a gender neutral shirt and it also had our church's theme...

Change the world. One mission, one message, one more.

We thought it would appeal to a lot of people who were going on mission trips and we sold quite a few. After the fact, we said that we should have made a girl color with the same design because the stone blue just wasn't a big hit with the ladies. We had quite a few left that no one wanted to buy, and we wondered what we would do with them.

God knew who would wear these shirts....

These are the men at my church in Africa. We gave them the leftover shirts when we went to Ethiopia in March. Our church buildings may look a little different but we serve the same God who desires to use us all to change the world.
